Local Workforce Hire is seeking General Labourers and Casual Trade Assistants for on-site roles across construction, landscaping, and industrial sites in Sydney. Competitive hourly pay of $35.11 with superannuation and a daily travel allowance; opportunities for ongoing casual work and potential permanent roles.

Ideal candidates have at least 12 months' experience, a Construction White Card and a valid driver’s licence with reliable transport.

Responsabilidades

• Site preparation, clean-up and material handling such as wheelbarrowing and digging.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE, including steel-capped boots and high-visibility clothing.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different, with opportunities to work across a variety of industries including:

• Commercial and residential landscaping
• Residential and commercial construction
• Warehouse fit-outs and pallet racking installations
• Shopfitting and carpentry projects
• Demolition and strip-out work
• General labouring across manufacturing and industrial sites
• Site clean-ups and final cleans

Typical tasks include:

• Site preparation and clean-up
• Wheelbarrowing materials
• Digging and trenching
• Lifting and carrying materials
• Packing and stacking
• Assisting qualified tradespeople
• General labouring duties as required

What We're Looking For
