The City of Whittlesea is seeking a Reactive Maintenance Officer to join the Civil Works team. You will contribute to asphalt repairs, drainage maintenance and general road maintenance across our municipal area with a focus on reliability and community safety.

Successful applicants will have hands-on maintenance experience, operate relevant plant or machinery, and hold a current MR licence or higher. The role is full-time and based on site in Whittlesea, with a supportive wellbeing program and

Qualifications

• Previous hands-on experience on roadside and infrastructure maintenance tasks.
• Operate plant or machinery in roadside, grounds, civil or similar environments.
• Current MR licence or higher required.

Responsabilités

• Carry out asphalt repairs including potholes, pavement and road surface repairs.
• Maintain open drainage systems, table drains and related infrastructure.
• Assist with maintenance, cleaning and presentation of roads and related council infrastructure.
