Job summary

Ipswich City Council is seeking a Road Corridor Manager to lead the safe and efficient management of Ipswich's road corridor operations. This permanent full-time role sits in the Works and Field Services leadership team and requires a strong track record in operational management and traffic management.

You will oversee planning, budgeting, resource allocation and service delivery across council-controlled roads, manage temporary traffic management activities, and report on outcomes to ensure

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in delivering traffic management design and operations balancing safety, operational and community outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills to manage complex stakeholders.
• Comprehensive knowledge of traffic and road corridor management legislation and guidelines.

Responsibilities
