Collarcare Aged Care is expanding our team of Registered Nurses to provide exceptional care to older Australians located across the Sydney Metro Area. We offer flexible shifts, competitive agency rates, and a workplace that truly values staff wellbeing.

To be considered you will need AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse, Australian aged care facility experience, and current CPR & First Aid. Vaccination requirements include 2 Covid doses with booster and flu shot.

Qualifikationen

• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in Working Aged Care facilities in Australia.
• 2 Covid vaccinations + booster.
• Flu vaccination.
• Valid Police Check within last 12 months.
• 100 Points of ID.
• Valid work rights.
• Current CPR & First Aid.
• NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to obtain.

Aufgaben

• Clinical care of residents.
• Documenting resident’s condition and assisting with the administration of medications.
• Assisting with meal consumption and monitoring nutrition.
• Infection control and prevention.
• Ensuring a holistic model of care is followed at all times.
• Assisting in admission and easing the transition for residents and their families.
• Liaison with all stakeholders including residents, family, doctors and allied health.
• Acting in accordance with aged care standards on every shift.
