Job summary

Collarcare Aged Care is expanding its team of Registered Nurses to provide high-quality care to older Australians in the Casino/North Casino area. Looking for nurses who value work/life balance, wellbeing, and rewarding roles with flexible shifts.

Requirements include AHPRA RN registration, two Covid vaccines plus booster, flu shot, police check, 100 points ID, valid work rights, CPR/First Aid, and NDIS worker screening or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
• 2 Covid Vaccinations + Booster
• Flu Vaccination
• Valid Police Check (within last 12 months)
• 100 Points of ID
• Valid work Rights
• Current CPR & First Aid
• NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities

• Clinical care of residents
• Documenting residents’ condition and assisting with administration of medications
• Assisting with meals and monitoring nutrition
• Infection control and prevention
• Ensuring a holistic model of care is followed on every shift
• Assisting in admission and easing transitions for residents and families
• Liaison with residents, family, doctors and allied health
• Acting in accordance with aged care standards on every shift
