Job summary

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (no conditions or undertakings).
• Experience in aged care or with elderly people (highly regarded but not essential).
• Confident clinical leadership — guides a care team and upholds standards.
• Strong communicator — clear, respectful, and consistent with residents, families, and staff.
• Comfortable with basic computer literacy, including Word and Excel.
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Worker screening as required (NDIS WWCC).
• Proof of working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality clinical care that keeps residents’ health, wellbeing, and dignity at the centre.
• Lead and support care staff, ensuring practice is within scope and standards are upheld.
• Maintain clear, respectful communication with residents, families, and colleagues.

• Maintain your own professional development and currency within your scope of practice.
