BaptistCare Coasthaven Community in Morwell seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide safe, high‑quality care and lead a care team. You’ll focus on residents’ health, dignity and wellbeing while upholding clinical standards.

The role requires clinical leadership, good communication with families and staff, and commitment to ongoing professional development. Casual hours available with AM/PM shifts and a supportive team.

Formación

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (no conditions or undertakings).
• Experience in aged care or with elderly people is highly regarded but not essential.
• Confident clinical leadership and ability to guide a care team.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver safe, high‑quality clinical care with dignity at the centre of care.
• Lead and support care staff within scope and standards.
• Maintain clear communication with residents, families and colleagues.
• Ensure safe and compliant medication management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and clinical governance.
• Maintain ongoing professional development within scope of practice.
