Job summary

AnglicareSA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for community aged care in regional Australia. You will conduct in‑home assessments, guide care planning, and coordinate visits to support independence and re‑enablement in older Australians’ homes.

Role requires current AHPRA registration, a nursing degree, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality care across SA, NSW and QLD regions.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Nursing, Allied Health or related field.
• Current AHPRA registration (where applicable).
• Experience in community aged care or complex care settings.
• Strong assessment, care planning and clinical decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in‑home assessments and reviews to guide care planning.
• Coordinate calendar and manage daily visits across the community.
• Support person‑centred care focused on independence and re‑enablement.
• Provide sound clinical advice and guidance on complex or escalated care needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, providers and health professionals when required.
