Job summary

Kyogle Memorial Hospital in rural New South Wales is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Department for a four-week contract. Based in the Northern Rivers region, you will provide senior clinical leadership and emergency expertise in a community-focused setting, with in-charge responsibilities across triage and ED care.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Senior Registered Nurse in an emergency department.
• Triage experience and competence in emergency nursing assessment.
• Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification.
• Established in-charge experience with the ability to lead and coordinate emergency care.
• Strong clinical decision‑making skills in a fast-paced, high‑acuity environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
