Care1 is seeking enthusiastic Registered Nurses to support clients in our new SDA housing in Macquarie Park, Sydney. You will assist with daily living activities, rehabilitation goals, and high-level clinical care to improve quality of life.

Ongoing training is fully funded, and shifts include AM, PM, and overnight on a casual to full-time basis. We hire for attitude and provide development opportunities; applicants should have current AHPRA nursing registration and a genuine passion for

Qualifikationen

• Current nursing registration with AHPRA.
• Experience delivering high-complexity clinical care.
• Ability to work across shifts including nights and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Provide high level support to clients to meet care plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living and rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor client well-being and report progress to the team.
• Manage PEG, feeding, manual handling, tracheostomy/ventilation as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation and liaise with care team.
