Job summary

JJ Care Services invites compassionate Disability Support Workers, Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses to join our growing team. We support residents at Dianne House in Gymea Bay and clients in their homes across the Sutherland Shire, St George, Eastern Suburbs and nearby areas.

You will provide hands-on, person-centred care, assist with personal tasks, mobility, medication administration and community access.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in disability support, aged care, nursing or related field.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check is required.
• AHPRA registration for RN/EN is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret client plans to provide best-practice support.
• Assist with personal care, continence care, bowel care and hygiene.
• Support mobility, transfers and manual handling.
• Assist with meals and domestic tasks.
• Support medication administration.
• Facilitate community access, appointments and activities.
• Document progress notes and incident reports.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families and the clinical team.
