Job summary

Allara Support Services is seeking a Registered Nurse / Educator to deliver clinical care and lead nursing education across NSW. You will update care plans, provide hands-on clinical expertise, and design training programs for Support Workers and the RN team.

The role requires current AHPRA RN registration, ability to travel to multiple sites, and strong communication and documentation skills to translate care plans into training materials.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration (RN).
• Experience delivering High Intensity Supports in disability or clinical settings.
• Strong background in nursing education and hands-on training.
• Ability to translate care plans into easy-to-follow training materials.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Flexible and willing to travel to sites across NSW.
