Livingin Australia is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator for the Far West region of NSW to lead education programs and support nursing staff. The role requires registration with AHPRA, a teaching credential, and proven mentoring ability to drive clinical excellence.

The position is temporary full-time, offers incentives under the NSW Health Rural Health Workforce Scheme, and includes professional development opportunities in a remote rural setting.

Qualifikationen

• Current nursing/midwifery registration with AHPRA.
• Certificate IV in Workplace Trainer and Assessor or willing to attain within 12 months.
• Three years’ RN experience with preceptorship/mentoring using adult learning principles.
• Credentialed as Advanced Life Support Instructor or willing to obtain within 12 months.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development and competence.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; proficient with software to deliver education.
• Eligible to drive in NSW and travel to rural/remote areas.
