Job summary

HealthcareLink Trust in Australia is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Belmore/Campbelltown area team supporting community and disability services. The role emphasizes accuracy in client records, care plan monitoring, and service coordination, with a focus on privacy and regulatory compliance.

You will work both independently and as part of a supportive team, engaging with clients, families and external partners.

Qualifications

• Current RN registration with AHPRA is required.
• Experience in community, disability, aged care or similar settings.
• Strong admin, documentation and case notes skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of NDIS requirements, privacy and reporting obligations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Complete case notes, reports and required documentation.
• Assist with care plan administration and monitoring.
• Coordinate and schedule services as required.
• Communicate with clients, families, staff and external stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of client information.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements.
• Support compliance with NDIS and relevant quality standards.
• Follow organisational policies and procedures.
• Complete general administrative duties in community and disability services.
