The Southern NSW Local Health District is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the North Sydney Centre’s Home Nursing team on a permanent part-time basis. The role provides community-based care to patients in their homes across the lower North Shore, with a 32-hour week.
You will deliver wound care, medication administration, catheter care, continence support and palliative care, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, compassionate, person-centred care in the home setting.

You will be working with the Team at North Sydney Centre going into community settings on the lower North Shore.
The NSLHD Nursing and Midwifery Workforce will be compassionate, competent, confident, contemporary, capable and committed to leading person-centred health care . A position exists for a Registered Nurse to provide quality care to patients requiring community nursing care in their home, using an individualised, holistic and family-centred approach. The registered nurse works as either a Primary Nurse to patients within a defined geographic area or as a relieving nurse as allocated by the Nursing Unit Manager or as delegated. Nursing care and interventions includes wound care, compression therapy, medication administration, Catheter care and management, changing SPC and IDC, continence care and management, palliative care etc.
