Job summary

Achieve Australia is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide person-centred clinical services for people with disability at Summer Hill. The role focuses on monitoring health care plans, delivering complex procedures, and leading nursing staff across multiple sites.

The position is permanent part-time (40 hours per fortnight) with opportunities to support staff development, collaborate with families and carers, and participate in ongoing training. NSW-based role with strong inclusion values.

Qualifications

• Current RN registration with AHPRA.
• Experience providing nursing care to people with disability or complex health needs.
• Basic first aid and safeguarding certificates as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex health care procedures and monitor health care plans.
• Develop, monitor and review health care plans for clients.
• Provide clinical practice leadership and on-the-job supervision of nursing staff.
• Coordinate services across assigned sites and liaise with the Nursing Manager.
• Coach and support staff to improve performance and service quality.
• Foster strong community partnerships and uphold WHS and ethical practices.
