Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.
• Medication management and administration experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care to residents.
• Complete clinical assessments and monitor health changes.
• Administer and manage medications safely.
• Provide wound care, pain management and dementia support.
