Job summary

Opal HealthCare is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team and deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care for residents. You will complete assessments, care planning and documentation while collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team.

We offer permanent full-time, part-time and casual opportunities with flexible shifts, competitive hourly rates and 12% superannuation. Opportunities for advancement, scholarships up to $15,000 and wellbeing programs are available.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to complete: Pre-employment medical, Police check, NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective and person-centred clinical care.
• Complete resident assessments, care planning and clinical documentation.
• Administer medications and monitor resident health outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, residents and families.
• Support and mentor care team members to deliver exceptional care.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality care initiatives.
