Job summary

Ozcare Hervey Bay Aged Care Facility is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse to support our clients. You will look after the most important people in our organisation—our clients. Your duties include coordinating care needs, developing Care Plans, and assisting with AN-ACC documentation while supervising Care Assistants.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Current CPR certificate.
• Be vaccinated against Influenza and have at least 1 dose of Covid-19 vaccine.
• Flexible to work a varied roster including night and weekend shifts.
• Willingness to learn and develop AN-ACC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of client care needs, including assessment, case management and developing individualised Care Plans.
• Assisting the clinical management team with AN-ACC documentation and comprehensive assessments.
• Providing support and supervision of Care Assistants.
• Liaising with clients, families and a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive client outcomes.
