Job summary

Sydney Tools Pty Ltd is seeking a Field Merchandiser to support store presentation across the Riverina region in New South Wales. You will work with store teams to maintain merchandising standards, update displays, and ensure products are attractively presented.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, merchandising, or customer service experience preferred (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
• Reliable, organised, and willing to learn.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in building a career within retail merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Maintain merchandising standards across allocated Riverina store locations
• Follow planograms and merchandising guidelines
• Ensure products are correctly displayed, faced up, and easy for customers to find
• Maintain clean, tidy, and visually appealing displays
• Assist with promotional displays, seasonal campaigns, and point-of-sale materials
• Replenish and organise stock on shelves and displays
• Complete merchandising tasks as directed by the store team
• Assist with new product displays and store presentation updates
