Job summary

ASX in Sydney is seeking a Clearing Risk Policy expert to lead the embedment of enterprise risk initiatives into policy design. You will work with CRP and risk partners to ensure alignment with governance and standards, embedding risk appetite and regulatory obligations into policy frameworks.

You will also develop and maintain the policy risk profile, and design controls and testing expectations. The role involves coordinating changes across frameworks, and socialising updates with stakeholders

Qualifications

Experience in risk profiling and implementing risk control frameworks.
Experience in financial risk management (market/credit/liquidity) or regulatory capital in a financial institution.
Strong analytical ability with solid mathematical/statistical capabilities.
Knowledge of financial risk management concepts and techniques.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Risk Transformation and CRP to align policy design with updated enterprise risk architecture.
Embed risk appetite and regulatory obligations into policy requirements and decision criteria.
Develop and maintain the policy risk profile to align with risk management framework.
Design and document effective controls and testing expectations within the framework.
Coordinate and track implementation of changes across frameworks and documents.
