Rabobank Australia and New Zealand is seeking a Manager, Risk Reporting and Insights to own end-to-end risk reporting for committees, senior management and boards. You will collaborate across the CRO Domain, apply analytical judgement, and drive improvements in reporting, data visualisation and automation.

The role combines hands-on reporting with leadership, influencing risk insights and governance discussions in a hybrid Australia-based environment.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant risk, portfolio or management reporting experience for governance audiences.
• Strong written communication, stakeholder management and analytical judgement.
• Ability to manage complex recurring reporting with fixed deadlines.
• Judgement to identify material issues and insights across risk reporting.
• Experience with Power BI, data visualisation and automation.

Aufgaben

• Lead the preparation and delivery of high-quality enterprise-wide risk reporting for committees, senior management and boards.
• Own allocated risk reporting deliverables end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Synthesize complex risk information and translate into decision-useful insights.
• Conduct portfolio analysis and deep dives to support senior discussions.
• Develop, enhance and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for risk oversight.
