Job summary

Marsh is seeking a talented professional to join the Line 2 Risk and Compliance team within Mercer Super, based in Melbourne or Sydney. This hybrid role requires working in the office at least three days per week to support the Head of Compliance and strengthen the compliance function across the business.

You will help maintain the Compliance Management Framework, provide practical regulatory advice to stakeholders, and oversee key processes such as conflicts management and regulatory change in

Qualifications

• Experience in governance, risk and compliance practices within superannuation.
• Ability to assess regulatory obligations and provide practical advice to stakeholders.
• Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Compliance Manager, Regulatory Compliance
• Maintain the Compliance Management Framework and related compliance policies
• Provide compliance advice, review and challenge to the Line 1 Risk & Controls team and business stakeholders
• Oversee key compliance processes including conflicts management, obligations management and regulatory change
• Complete due diligence reviews of externally facing regulated documents and contribute to internal and external reporting
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders and work collaboratively across Mercer Super and the Marsh Pacific compliance function
