Job summary

More is seeking a Risk and Compliance Analyst to support the Legal, Risk and Compliance team across the More and Tangerine business. The role involves developing risk management, compliance and control practices in a regulated environment.

You will work with team members and stakeholders to identify, assess and monitor risks, obligations and controls while supporting assurance activities and practical initiatives to improve awareness and discipline.

Qualifications

• You have 1-3 years’ experience in risk, compliance, governance, audit or business administration.
• You understand basic risk management, compliance or internal controls concepts.
• You can manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• You can analyze information, identify control gaps and recommend improvements.
• You communicate clearly with stakeholders at different levels.
• You pay close attention to detail and maintain confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support risk identification, assessment, documentation, monitoring and reporting activities.
• Assist with regulatory change initiatives, obligations registers and monitoring processes.
• Help document and assess key controls to manage regulatory and business risks.
• Support governance reporting, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement initiatives.
