TPG Telecom is seeking a Risk Assurance Manager reporting to the Senior Manager Risk Governance, Innovation & Assurance. You will develop, implement and embed the controls and assurance uplift program, strengthening control ownership and improving visibility across the business to deliver practical improvements.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, document activities in the GRC system, and provide insights for governance committees while coaching teams to enhance risk and control

Formación

• Experience in risk, compliance, legal or related fields within a large corporate or consulting firm.
• Strong understanding of compliance management, including assurance, controls and the three lines of defence.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing new frameworks, policies, and standards in a complex organisation.
• Understanding of telecommunications legislations and regulatory requirements highly regarded.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience in dealing with senior management.
• Highly efficient with demonstrated ability to prioritise, schedule and meet challenging deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to a fast paced and dynamic work environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement and embed risk controls and assurance programs.
• Lead assigned elements of the controls and assurance uplift program.
• Map risks, processes and controls across the three lines of defence.
• Plan and execute second-line assurance assessments with stakeholders.
• Document activities in the GRC system and track remediation.
• Analyze assurance outcomes to identify deficiencies and improve monitoring.
• Provide specialist advice and coaching to uplift risk ownership.
• Prepare reporting for Audit and Risk Committee and ELT.
