Job summary

Coronado Global Resources is seeking a Systems and Assurance Lead for the Curragh Complex in Blackwater, QLD. This role drives governance across HSET management systems, ensures compliance with legislation, and advises senior leaders on risks and improvements.

You'll monitor action plans, sustain governance programs, and oversee contractor management standards to enhance safety and operational integrity at site.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory, leadership or senior specialist capacity.
• Strong understanding of HSET management systems, governance and assurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and leadership capability.
• Experience with Damstra, FPe, ChemAlert and Power BI.
• Experience with contractor management and site access systems.
• Experience with SAP/SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the governance framework for key HSET management systems across the operation.
• Establish clear standards for risk and assurance ownership.
• Ensure processes remain aligned with legislative, corporate and operational requirements.

We are seeking a Systems and Assurance Lead to join our team at the Curragh Complex in Blackwater.

This role will provide support across statutory compliance, assurance and governance activities, helping ensure accurate reporting, effective record management and the integrity of our safety systems.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the governance framework for key HSET management systems across the operation.
