Job summary

CSC Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation is seeking a curious and motivated Risk Analyst to join its Emerging Risk team. You will identify, assess and monitor risks across the organisation, partnering with stakeholders to strengthen risk management and support audits and governance initiatives.

This permanent full-time role offers hybrid or remote work, exposure to a broad range of risk activities, and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement across CSC.

About the role:

We're looking for a curious and motivated Risk Analyst to join our Emerging Risk team and help strengthen the way we identify, assess and respond to risk across the organisation. This role supports CSC's risk management framework through risk analysis, monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement activities.

You'll partner with stakeholders across CSC to identify and monitor operational and emerging risks, support risk and compliance initiatives, contribute to audit and assurance activities and help improve risk management processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, challenging assumptions, learning new concepts and working across a variety of business functions.

What you’ll do:

What we’re looking for

• Australian Citizen with the ability to hold and maintain a baseline clearance
• Experience in risk management, audit, compliance or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
• A proactive mindset and willingness to contribute to continuous improvement
• An interest in governance, operational risk, resilience or financial services
• Experience in financial services, risk frameworks, business continuity, incident management or governance systems will be highly regarded
