Qualifications

• Australian Citizen with the ability to hold and maintain a baseline security clearance.
• Experience in risk management, audit, compliance or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to contribute to continuous improvement.
• An interest in governance, operational risk, resilience or financial services.
• Experience in financial services, risk frameworks, business continuity, incident management or governance systems will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Support the identification, assessment and monitoring of operational and emerging risks.
• Analyse trends, incidents and risk themes to provide meaningful insights.
• Maintain risk registers and support governance processes.
• Assist with audit and assurance activities, including tracking remediation actions.
• Prepare risk reporting for leaders and key stakeholders.
• Contribute to control testing, scenario analysis and risk projects.
• Support regulatory compliance activities and governance obligations.
• Collaborate with teams across CSC to strengthen risk culture and resilience.
