Job summary

McKinsey & Company is seeking a junior associate to join a client service team in Sydney. You will take ownership of a workstream, solve complex challenges, and deliver solutions that drive immediate results and long-term change.

You’ll collaborate with clients and McKinsey colleagues, combining research, data analysis, interviews, and brainstorming to uncover true challenges and create actionable plans. You will help implement transformations and sustain impact.

Qualifications

• University degree with excellent academic record.
• Outstanding records of academic and managerial or professional achievement.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Strong record of leadership in an academic, professional or extracurricular setting.
