McCullough Robertson’s Sydney office seeks a Senior Associate for its Corporate Advisory team. You will work with top-tier clients on complex corporate matters, including M&A, joint ventures, restructures, and strategic advisory work.

You will take ownership of matters from start to finish, collaborate with experienced Partners, and have genuine autonomy while being supported by a strong team across diverse sectors.

Formación

• Strong experience in corporate and commercial law, particularly M&A and corporate transactions.
• Experience across joint ventures, restructures and acquisitions or disposals.
• Commercial contracting and effective negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of matters from start to finish and manage them end-to-end.
• Work directly with clients and senior partners, providing strategic advice.
• Collaborate with Partners across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
