Qualifications

• You have up to two years of commercial real estate experience or a strong interest in building a career in property brokerage.
• You are ambitious, relationship-focused and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
• You communicate clearly, pay close attention to detail and can manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• You bring strong customer service, stakeholder-management and Microsoft Office skills.
• A qualification in property, real estate, business or a related discipline is preferred.
• You hold a current real estate license or are eligible to obtain one where required.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing and sales transactions across the South West Sydney industrial market.
• Assist with property campaigns, inspections, enquiries, proposals, submissions and client updates.
• Help prepare listing content, inspection materials, Heads of Agreement, offers and transaction documentation.
• Maintain accurate property, client and deal records and track key transaction milestones.
• Research local listings, transactions, occupier requirements and emerging market activity.
• Build relationships with owners, occupiers, investors and industry stakeholders.
• Contribute to pitches, proposals and new business opportunities.
