Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Sydney's South Sydney market is seeking an Executive - Logistics & Industrial Brokerage to learn the South Sydney market from the ground up. You will work alongside experienced brokers to support leasing and sales transactions and build practical market knowledge.

This role focuses on listing content, client updates and developing relations with owners, occupiers and investors while contributing to pitches and new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Up to two years of commercial real estate experience or a strong interest in property brokerage.
• Ambitious, relationship-focused and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
• Clear communication, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder-management skills.
• Current real estate license or eligible to obtain one where required.
• A qualification in property, real estate or related discipline is preferred.
