Job summary

Woolworths Group’s Greenhouse Collective is seeking a Junior Production Manager to join the internal creative powerhouse. You will act as the operational engine, driving day-to-day delivery with strong attention to detail and proactive coordination across Art Directors, Designers, Editors, and Production teams.

This fast-paced role focuses on scheduling, logistics for shoots, and financial administration (POs, invoices) while maintaining 100% accuracy in real-time project statuses.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in production coordination, traffic coordination, or project management within a creative/retail environment.
• Foundational understanding of end-to-end creative process and post-production pipelines.
• Proficiency with project management software (Workfront, Asana, Trello) and strong planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, traffic, and allocate daily workloads across creative teams to meet deadlines.
• Track timelines and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for feedback and approvals.
• Manage production documentation, budgets, POs, and supplier onboarding.
• Coordinate shoots/content creation with freelance talent, agencies, and external crews.
