Key duties include scheduling, materials ordering, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, preparing estimates, and maintaining project records while ensuring quality workmanship and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping and understanding of how landscape projects are delivered.
• Confidence using computers, including email, spreadsheets and general office software.
• Reliable work ethic, good time management and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Estimating or project coordination experience would be an advantage, but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Project Manager with planning, coordination and delivery of landscaping projects to keep jobs organised and running smoothly.
• Assist with project scheduling, materials ordering and coordination of site teams and subcontractors.
• Help prepare estimates and quotes by reviewing plans, measuring quantities and obtaining supplier pricing.
• Maintain project records and complete day-to-day administration.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers and site teams and support quality workmanship and safe work practices.
