Job summary

Urbangreen Projects Pty Ltd in Wantirna VIC is seeking a reliable Junior Project Manager with landscaping experience to join our team. You will assist the Senior Project Manager with planning, coordination and delivery of landscaping projects, helping keep jobs organised and running smoothly.

Key duties include scheduling, materials ordering, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, preparing estimates, and maintaining project records while ensuring quality workmanship and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping and understanding of how landscape projects are delivered.
• Confidence using computers, including email, spreadsheets and general office software.
• Reliable work ethic, good time management and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Estimating or project coordination experience would be an advantage, but is not essential.

We’re a multi-award-winning landscaping and maintenance business based in Wantirna, looking for a reliable and motivated Junior Project Manager with landscaping experience to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a positive attitude who is ready to build their project management and estimating skills while working alongside our Senior Project Manager.

About the role
