Job summary

Rip Curl Mooloolaba is seeking Peak Casual Sales Assistants to support the store through the busy peak trade period. You’ll join a crew that lives and breathes surf and adventure, with flexible hours across weekdays, weekends, public holidays and late-night trade.

You’ll start mid-November or December 2026 and finish mid-January 2027. This role offers a friendly culture, staff discounts across Rip Curl and Kathmandu, and valuable retail experience in a fast-paced environment.

This is a casual position supporting our store through the busy peak trade period, with opportunities for additional hours during key trading weeks.

We're looking for Peak Casual Sales Assistants who can join the crew from mid-November or December 2026 and support the team through to mid-January 2027.

To thrive during peak trade, You’ll need full and flexible availability is essential across weekdays, weekends, public holidays and late-night trade and key trading periods.
