Job summary

Rip Curl Cronulla is seeking a Peak Casual Sales Assistant to join our store during the busy peak trade period. This casual role starts mid-November to December 2026 and runs through mid-January 2027, with flexibility across weekdays, weekends, holidays, and late-night trade.

You will deliver excellent customer service, help customers pick products, and support stock and store operations while enjoying staff discounts and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is beneficial, attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
• Full and flexible availability essential across weekdays, weekends, public holidays and late-night trade.

Peak trade is on the horizon, and we're looking for great people to join the crew at Rip Curl Cronulla.

This is a casual position supporting our store through the busy peak trade period, with opportunities for additional hours during key trading weeks.

We're looking for Peak Casual Sales Assistants who can join the crew from mid-November or December 2026 and support the team through to mid-January 2027.

To thrive during peak trade, You’ll need full and flexible availability is essential across weekdays, weekends, public holidays and late-night trade and key trading periods.
