Job summary

Rip Curl Paradise Centre is seeking a full-time Assistant Store Manager to lead the crew and keep the store running strong, stepping up to lead on the floor when needed and building a motivated, high-energy team.

You’ll help create a store people want to be part of, manage day-to-day operations and standards, and drive results while delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
