Job summary

Beacon Legal is recruiting Commercial Litigation Lawyers to join a fast-growing disputes boutique in Sydney. The role offers direct exposure to the founder, high-responsibility matters, and a pathway to senior positions within a small team.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years' PQE in commercial litigation, with 2+ PQE also considered. Expect multi-million-dollar Supreme Court matters and a 3 days in-office / 2 days WFH arrangement.

Qualifications

• Broad commercial and contract disputes experience.
• Strong drafting and advisory capabilities.
• Ability to take ownership with client exposure.

Responsibilities

• Handle general commercial and contract disputes, construction disputes, corporate and financial services litigation.
• Manage employment, insolvency, insurance coverage and professional negligence disputes.
• Collaborate with the founder on strategy, matters and growth of the practice.
• Take increasing ownership of matters and develop into a senior role as the firm expands.
