Job summary

Techforce JobAdder is seeking Experienced Riggers (Intermediate and Advanced) for a major shutdown in North Queensland. This short-term stint offers attractive hourly rates and on-site accommodation.

Immediate starts available for suitable candidates, with 12-hour day and night shifts, Monday to Friday. As a Rigger, you will safely perform rigging during the shutdown, assist lifting and installation of mechanical equipment, and work with skilled maintenance crews while upholding strict safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' rigging experience in shutdowns or heavy industrial environments.
• High Risk Work Licence - Intermediate or Advanced Rigging.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
• Working at Heights (completed within the last 2 years).
• Confined Space (completed within the last 2 years).
• Ability to pass site mobilisation requirements.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Experienced Riggers (Intermediate & Advanced)

We're currently seeking Intermediate and Advanced Riggersfor an upcoming shutdown at in North Queensland.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a short term stint, while earning excellent hourly rates.

• Intermediate Riggers $62.80, Advanced Riggers $64.90

About the Role

As a Rigger, you'll be responsible for safely carrying out rigging activities during a major power station shutdown. You'll work alongside experienced maintenance crews, assisting with the lifting, positioning and installation of mechanical equipment while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Both Intermediateand Advanced Riggersare encouraged to apply. A minimum of 2 years' rigging experiencewithin shutdowns, power generation, mining or heavy industrial environments is preferred.
