Job summary

Maxwell Recruitment in Maitland is seeking experienced riggers for a workshop-based role. You will rig and lift large heavy components and assist fitters with assembly and disassembly of heavy mechanical equipment.

Position is in a busy industrial workshop in Maitland. Ongoing work with Mon-Fri shifts of 8-10 hours and Saturday overtime; $55.00 per hour. Applicants must have a current HRW licence RI/RA and be able to start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Rigging experience in heavy industrial/workshop settings
• Current High Risk Work Licence – Rigging RI or RA
• Must be physically capable
• Reliable transport and a current driver’s licence
• Available to start ASAP
• D&A testing on commencement and randomly thereafter

Maxwell Recruitment currently has a great opportunity for experienced Riggers starting ASAP in a busy heavy industrial workshop based in Maitland.

$55.00 per hour

Monday to Friday with Saturday overtime

8-10 hour shifts

Requirements

Previous rigging experience within a heavy industrial, power station, mining, mechanical or workshop environment

Current High Risk Work Licence - Rigging Intermediate (RI) or Rigging Advanced (RA)

Ability to complete physically demanding work

Reliable transport and a current driver licence

Available to start ASAP
