Job summary

One Key Resources are seeking experienced Riggers and Leading Hands for ongoing project work at Appleton Dock, Melbourne. Join a seasoned team involved in installation and erection of heavy equipment and steel structures on industrial sites.

Ideal candidates have a Leading Hand background, current rigging tickets, and a strong WHS focus. The role requires mental and physical stamina for long shifts and safe crane operations.

Qualifications

• Experience as Leading Hand in industrial environments.
• Current Basic or Intermediate Riggers Ticket.
• Construction White Card and WHS compliance.
• Proven work on industrial construction sites.
• Ability to operate safely around cranes and lifts.

Responsibilities

• Structural steel installation and site erection.
• Leading Hand / rigging and lifting operations.
• Work with cranes and mobile plant.
• Read and interpret drawings.
• Use hand and power tools.
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Follow site safety procedures and SWMS.

About the Role:

One Key Resources are currently seeking experienced Riggers / Leading Hands for ongoing project work based at Appleton Dock, Melbourne. Working within a highly experienced project team, you'll be involved in the installation and erection of heavy industrial equipment and steel structures. Key Duties:

• Structural steel installation and site erection
• Leading Hand / Rigging and lifting operations
• Working alongside cranes and mobile plant
• Reading and interpreting drawings
• Using hand and power tools
• Maintaining a safe and productive work environment
• Following all site safety procedures and SWMS
