Job summary

Acrow Engineering and Construction is seeking a permanent rigger to support the operations of the SuperDeck business from our Stapylton Depot. The successful candidate will apply their skills to the transport, rigging and installation of SuperDecks and related systems, with bonus points for a Forklift Ticket.

We value team-oriented individuals who contribute to a tight-knit SuperDecks team and meet the criteria listed. Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.

Qualifications

• Basic rigging competency and ticket required.
• Experience handling oversized loads is valued.
• Rigging experience in commercial construction is preferred.

• Collaborate with the SuperDecks team to ensure timely delivery.

Job description

Acrow Engineering and Construction is a leading provider of smart, integrated construction systems across Formwork, Industrial Services and Commercial Scaffolding in Australia. Enhancing our portfolio are Falsework and Shoring, Screen Solutions, Jacking Systems (also known as Jumpform), and now, Prestons SuperDeck Loading Platforms.

Due to our growth and diversification, we are now looking for a permanent rigger, to support the operations of the SuperDeck business out of our Stapylton Depot.

We are looking for an experienced operator, who can apply their skills to the transport, rigging and installation of SuperDecks. As such, experienced with Prestons Superdecks would be a distinct advantage. This role is crucial in meeting our clients’ expectations of timely delivery and professional installation and hand-over.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:

• A current Basic Rigging Ticket
• Experience with oversized loads
• Rigging experience in Commercial Construction
• Client success focus
• Bonus points for Forklift Ticket
