Job summary

FleetPartners is seeking a Reward & Workforce Analytics Manager to join our People & Culture team on a initial 6-month contract. This role blends remuneration expertise with workforce analytics to deliver insights for leaders and the Board.

You will shape the annual remuneration review, build robust workforce reporting, and support strategic people initiatives across the business. The ideal candidate brings ASX‑level remuneration project experience, strong Excel skills, excellent stakeholder

Qualifications

• Track record delivering remuneration projects within an ASX organisation.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly generate insights from data.
• Excellent Excel capabilities and data manipulation.
• Stakeholder engagement and communication with diverse teams.
• Understanding of equity and employee share schemes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the annual remuneration review process, including salary recommendations and benchmarking.
• Develop and enhance workforce analytics, reporting and dashboards.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support workforce planning and organisational effectiveness.
• Drive the implementation of job architecture and remuneration frameworks.
• Support governance and reporting activities including board and remuneration related processes.
