Job summary

Wesfarmers Health is seeking a Remuneration & Reporting Lead to join the People team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will lead remuneration processes, support benefits and recognition programs, and oversee an offshore reporting team.

You will ensure cyclical reporting is accurate and provide data-driven insights for strategic decisions. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in remuneration or analytics, strong knowledge of frameworks and job evaluation, and advanced Excel/HRIS reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years in remuneration, reporting, or workforce analytics.
• Experience with remuneration frameworks and job evaluation (Hay JE).
• Experience facilitating annual remuneration cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead remuneration, benefits and recognition programs across fixed and variable remuneration.
• Prepare remuneration advice using internal/external relativities and judgement.
• Support remuneration frameworks via data survey submissions and policy advice.
• Build data models to cost and test remuneration programs.
• Oversee HR reporting quality and improve accuracy.
