Job summary

Kappa Executive Search is seeking a technically strong Revit Architect or Architectural Technician to join our Sydney team for live project delivery in healthcare and social infrastructure. You’ll produce and update Revit documentation and coordinate information across disciplines to keep packages moving through delivery.

This role suits someone confident technically, with a good eye for documentation and the ability to contribute quickly.

Job description

This is a good opportunity for a technically strong Revit Architect or Architectural Technician who wants to step straight into live project delivery within a practice known for complex healthcare and social infrastructure work.

The Sydney studio is working across major health projects where documentation accuracy, coordination and information management are critical. The practice has delivered projects including various children's hospitals around Sydney and hospital redevelopments, alongside work across education, research and seniors living.

You’ll be focused on producing and updating Revit documentation, coordinating information across disciplines and helping keep project packages moving through delivery. This role requires someone who is confident technically, understands documentation and can contribute quickly without needing a long lead-in.

Given the complexity of healthcare projects, previous health experience will be highly regarded, particularly if you’ve worked on technically demanding projects with large consultant teams.
