Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Business (Accounting or related discipline).
• Experience in revenue management or accounting roles within local government.
• Familiarity with Local Government Debt Recovery processes.
• Experience with Infor Pathway and TechOne systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Revenue team daily operations, ensuring professional and confidential service delivery.
• Develop policies and procedures, oversee fees and charges frameworks and related revenue processes.
• Strengthen internal controls and foster positive relationships with staff and the community.
