Job summary

Richmond Valley Council in Casino is seeking a Revenue Officer to provide high-quality customer service while actively pursuing the recovery of outstanding debts across rates, water, and sundry accounts. The role is full time and based in Casino, NSW, with a 70 hour fortnight and a salary range plus 12% superannuation.

You will work both autonomously and in a small team, bringing strong administration skills and knowledge of debt recovery processes to support our community.

Qualifications

• Strong administration skills and experience in debt recovery.

Responsibilities

• Be a pro-active member of the team, providing a high level of customer service to the community and controlling the recovery of outstanding debt.
• Ensure rates, water, and sundry debtors are in line with the Council's delivery and operational plans as well as legislation.
