Richmond Valley Council in Casino is seeking a Revenue Officer to provide high-quality customer service while actively pursuing the recovery of outstanding debts across rates, water, and sundry accounts. The role is full time and based in Casino, NSW, with a 70 hour fortnight and a salary range plus 12% superannuation.
You will work both autonomously and in a small team, bringing strong administration skills and knowledge of debt recovery processes to support our community.

The primary purpose of the role is to be a pro-active member of the team, to provide a high level of customer service to the community and control the recovery of outstanding debt. To ensure the rates, water, sundry debtors of Council are in line with the Council's delivery and operational plans as well as legislation.
Full time: 70 hour fortnight
Salary: Range from $72,987 to $83,933 pa + 12% superannuation
