Job summary

U&U Recruitment Partners in Rockhampton, QLD, seeks a Revenue & Billing Manager to lead a small team. You will oversee revenue streams across NDIS, Government Grants and Fees, ensuring accurate recognition and timely invoicing.

Reporting to the CFO, you will implement revenue strategies, manage income recognition, and maintain reconciliations across funding and client contributions, including NDIS claims.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification accounting, finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years leadership experience.
• Experience devising and executing revenue strategies and managing invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Revenue Team of 3 direct reports and drive performance.
• Oversee revenue function including income recognition, bad debts, and hardship provisions.
• Ensure all income, funding and client contributions are recognised and reconciled.
• Accountable for timely, accurate issuing of monthly invoices and statements.
• Reconcile HCP/NDIS claims and manage manual NDIS claims.

The Opportunity

u&u Recruitment Partners is proud to be supporting one of Central Queensland’s leading not for profit organisations to recruit a Revenue & Billing Manager on a permanent basis.

The Role

Reporting to the CFO, this is an exciting opportunity to lead a small team while overseeing and optimising the revenue streams across NDIS, Government Grants & Fees.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the Revenue Team consisting of 3 direct reports;
• Implementation and oversight of revenue function, including all income recognition, bad debts & hardship provisions;
• Ensure all income, funding and client contributions, are recognised and reconciled;
• Accountable for timely and accurate issuing of monthly invoices and statements; and
• Accountable for reconciling HCP and NDIS claims and receipts and responsible for manual NDIS claims.

About You

• Degree qualification Accounting, Finance or other Business related discipline;
• 2 + years Leadership experience;
• Demonstrated proficiency in devising and executing revenue strategies;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; and
• High level computer proficiency in MS Office Suite.
